Katy qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and is a highly experienced advocate both in Criminal and Family Law Proceedings. Prior to joining Welch & Co in 2008 Katy worked in London & Cardiff before returning to West Wales with her family, initially being based in South Pembrokeshire.

Dani studied for her Law Degree and LPC in Swansea School of Law, being admitted to the roll in 2011. Dani joined Welch & Co in 2018, having previously worked with our Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Whilst all of our Lawyers divide their time across all of our sites, Dani heads up the Welch & Co. South Pembrokeshire Office.

Sarah is a highly experienced Family Solicitor, having been admitted to the role in 1994. Working across the South West, Sarah has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law, both private and publicly funded.

Mike is a highly experienced and extremely well regarded Criminal Lawyer, with in excess of thirty years experience in Criminal Defence work, gained largely working across West Wales.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, and has extensive legal experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax matters. Helen joined Welch & Co. as a Consultant Solicitor in 2019, having previously worked with our Dani Busby & Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Helen is available to meet clients /take instruction at any of our offices, as well as being available to make home visits by prior arrangement.

Maggie is a highly experienced Criminal Lawyer and Advocate, well known on the local legal circuit with significant experience conducting cases in the Magistrates Courts and in the preparation of Crown Court and other litigation matters.

David is a highly experienced Criminal Lawyer and Advocate, with in excess of 30 years’ experience conducting cases in the Magistrates Courts and in the preparation of Crown Court and other litigation matters.

Anne-Marie is a highly experienced Civil Litigator with in-excess of 30 years professional experience in Civil matters, experience predominantly gained whilst working within Pembrokeshire.

Martha is a highly experienced Commercial Property Lawyer with in excess of 20 years’ experience in Commercial Property Transactions, many for a number of blue-chip clients.

Jennie is an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor and Police Station Representative, who divides her time between all our Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Offices

Anna is a Family Solicitor, with particular experience in care proceedings. She qualified as a solicitor in 2021 and worked in Oxford before moving to Pembrokeshire. She divides her time between the South Pembrokeshire and South Ceredigion offices.

An experienced Police Station Representative and Law Graduate, Jack is a Solicitor who works across all of our regional offices.

Jess is a solicitor and experienced accredited Police Station Representative and regularly advises clients at the police station for all offences. Jess recently used social media to challenge Identification Evidence resulting in an acquittal for the client at trial. She will divide her time between South Ceredigion and South Pembrokeshire.

Tia is a Trainee Solicitor and a Police Station Representative currently working across the conveyancing and family law departments. Tia is studying her LPC alongside working within the business.

Kate is a Trainee Solicitor, who divides her time between our South Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire Offices, directly supporting our team of Solicitors. Kate will be pleased to assist with your legal queries.

Kelly is a qualified Police Station Representative and Administrator, working between our South Pembrokeshire & Ceredigion offices. A familiar face to many due to her 20 plus years of experience in the field of Criminal Defence work.

Leah is a qualified paralegal with in excess of 5 years experience in conveyancing, family and criminal law.  She will be dividing her time between our North and South Ceredigion offices

Lauren is a fully qualified paralegal who has in excess of 3  years of experience in dealing with legal documentation.  She will be dividing her time between our North and South Ceredigion offices.

Willow is undertaking her formal Paralegal qualification training with a view to becoming a Solicitor in due course. Willow divides her time between our South Ceredigion & North Pembrokeshire offices.

Mark is an experienced accredited police station representative, and regularly represents people accused of serious crimes. Mark is a dependable and robust legal advisor.

Daniel is graduate of Oxford School of Architecture, and spent the early part of his career working in London as a Project Management Consultant, initially within the banking sector, then latterly in South Wales responsible for the delivery of significant Capital schemes for NHS Trusts, Local Health Boards and local authorities.

Joanna has 20 years experience in Accounts Management, and is responsible for the day to day management of transactions across the Business. Jo will be pleased to assist with any Accounts related queries.

Kayleigh, who holds a Masters in Finance, is our assistant accounts manager, based in our administrative hub within the Ceredigion office.

Phil is part of the Accounts Team, with in excess of 20 years’ experience from the banking sector.

Amy is an Administrator working in our South Ceredigion / North Pembs Offices. Amy works across all of our Legal departments, supporting our Lawyers / Fee Earners in their day to day duties.

Olivia is currently an Administrator who is training to become a qualified Police Station Representative, working between our North & South Ceredigion offices.

Will is part of the Admin team working in our North and South Ceredigion Offices.
