Established in 1985, Welch & Co are a progressive, multi-disciplinary Legal Practice with regional offices ideally placed to service the needs of clients across Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, and beyond…

We offer an extensive range of Legal Services, including; Private Client, Civil Litigation, Property & Conveyancing, Criminal & Family Law - some of which may be eligible for public funding under the Legal Aid Contracts which we hold.

We are your one-stop-shop for specialist Legal advice from our Team of highly experienced Solicitors and Lawyers.

Home visits can be arranged by special appointment.

The Welch & Co Team

Katy qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and is a highly experienced advocate both in Criminal and Family Law Proceedings. Prior to joining Welch & Co in 2008 Katy worked in London & Cardiff before returning to West Wales with her family, initially being based in South Pembrokeshire.

Dani studied for her Law Degree and LPC in Swansea School of Law, being admitted to the roll in 2011. Dani joined Welch & Co in 2018, having previously worked with our Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Whilst all of our Lawyers divide their time across all of our sites, Dani heads up the Welch & Co. South Pembrokeshire Office.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, and has extensive legal experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax matters. Helen joined Welch & Co. as a Consultant Solicitor in 2019, having previously worked with our Dani Busby & Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Helen is available to meet clients /take instruction at any of our offices, as well as being available to make home visits by prior arrangement.

Jess recently used social media to challenge Identification Evidence resulting in an acquittal for the client at trial. She will divide her time between South Ceredigion and South Pembrokeshire.
