Probate fees

Application for Probate: £850 plus VAT (not including Administration of Estate)

Administration – We offer a bespoke service and will look to agree fees at the outset. In general we will either agree a fixed fee or charge a percentage value of the gross estate (typically anywhere between 1.5 & 3%). We will be pleased to discuss options.
