Wedi'i sefydlu yn Aberteifi ym 1985, rydym yn seiliedig yn ddelfrydol i gynnig gwasanaethau cyfreithiol i'n cleientiaid yng Ngheredigion, Sir Benfro a Sir Gaerfyrddin, sy'n cwmpasu ardal ddaearyddol eang yng Ngorllewin Cymru.

Katy qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 and is a highly experienced advocate both in Criminal and Family Law Proceedings. Prior to joining Welch & Co in 2008 Katy worked in London & Cardiff before returning to West Wales with her family, initially being based in South Pembrokeshire.

Dani studied for her Law Degree and LPC in Swansea School of Law, being admitted to the roll in 2011. Dani joined Welch & Co in 2018, having previously worked with our Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Whilst all of our Lawyers divide their time across all of our sites, Dani heads up the Welch & Co. South Pembrokeshire Office.

Sarah studied in University of Wales College, Cardiff and then for her LPC in York College of Law, being admitted to the role in 2000. Sarah is a highly experienced Lawyer specialising in Conveyancing and Property Law. Sarah previously worked with our Katy Hanson in South Wales and later in South Pembrokeshire, where she also worked alongside our Danielle Busby. Sarah divides her time between our Ceredigion, South and North Pembrokeshire Offices.

A native of Tenby, Jon studied for his LPC at Cardiff Law School. In 2002 he moved to Layton & Co, Haverfordwest where he remained until 2020. In recent years Jonathan has exclusively practiced criminal defence work where he has built up a substantial following.

Stephen qualified as a Solicitor in 1979 and has a mixed caseload of criminal law litigation and conveyancing, probate and administration of estates.

Sarah is a highly experienced Family Solicitor, having been admitted to the role in 1994. Working across the South West, Sarah has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Family Law, both private and publicly funded.

Helen qualified as a Solicitor in 2005, and has extensive legal experience in Wills, Probate, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Tax matters. Helen joined Welch & Co. as a Consultant Solicitor in 2019, having previously worked with our Dani Busby & Katy Hanson in South Pembrokeshire. Helen is available to meet clients /take instruction at any of our offices, as well as being available to make home visits by prior arrangement.

David is a highly experienced Criminal Lawyer and Advocate, with in excess of 30 years’ experience conducting cases in the Magistrates Courts and in the preparation of Crown Court and other litigation matters.

Anne-Marie is a highly experienced Civil Litigator with in-excess of 30 years professional experience in Civil matters, experience predominantly gained whilst working within Pembrokeshire.

Shaun undertakes all aspects of residential conveyancing matters and commercial transactions, with particular experience of agricultural land transactions. Shaun has expertise in unregistered land and adverse possession claims.

Leila, who hails from Aberystwyth, joins Welch & Co as a Trainee Solicitor, having gained her LPC at Cardiff Law School. Leila has a passion for contentious Law and during her time on the LPC, was a team leader for the Innocence Project alongside her studies.

Rebecca is a graduate of Aberystwyth Law School with a degree in Criminology and Psychology. Rebecca works predominantly within the Criminal Law Department as a Paralegal, and Police Station Representative, directly supporting Katy Hanson.

Daniel is graduate of Oxford School of Architecture, and spent the early part of his career working in London as a Project Management Consultant, initially within the banking sector, then latterly in South Wales responsible for the delivery of significant Capital schemes for NHS Trusts, Local Health Boards and local authorities.

Melanie has in excess of a decades experience working in Thames Waters’ Conveyancing Department. Melanie supports our Property / Conveyancing Team, working closely with our Lawyers on files. Melanie is often available to speak with and assist clients in the event of Lawyers being unavailable.
